suntory hokuto 12 jahre 250mlAt the beginning of 2004, Suntory launched this bottling with special Suntory Pure Malt Whiskies and took it off the market again in 2010. Only select malt whiskies, at least 12 years old, from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries were blended to create a very balanced and mild Pure Malt Whiskie.

The outer packaging and bottle show slight signs of storage and use

This bottling was strictly limited and sold out very quickly in Japan

The seventeenth edition of the Ki Noh Bi Cask Age series was aged for over six months in a Karuzawa

The whiskies included have been 100% distilled in Japan since autumn 2023

only whiskies that had been aged exclusively in Mizunara casks for up to 23 months were used

This bottling is the 1920ml gastro bottle made of glass

especially if the outer packaging is still intact

Only 96 bottles were bottled at 61% and these are extremely rare

The outer packaging has storage damage

this version was also finished in Japanese cherry barrels

as a significant portion of the whisky comes from the Karuizawa distillery
