CHAMPAGNE CHÂTEAU DE BLIGNY BLANC DE BLANCS 75CLA fairly deep lemon yellow colour, with fairly fine and regular bubbles. Clean nose of mineral notes, citrus fruit, passion fruit, hint of gunflint. Good balance on a medium body, nervous, frank.

Its rich flavors and golden complexion are developed in toasted oak barrels and its mellow character comes from being shaped through a secret blend of charcoals
