Antique, Victorian Three Star, Gypsy Ring, Hallmarked 18ct Gold and Birmingham 1870This is a classic three diamond starburst ring, on a tapered 18ct gold band. Fully hallmarked for 18ct Gold, Birmingham, and the Victorian year, 1870, this antique ring is currently a size UK M 1 2, (USA Size 6 1 4) but it has a solid shank and could be made larger or smaller, up to around 3 sizes. The ring comprises three very lively sparkling diamonds; a central old cut and a rose cut on each side. The shank tapers towards the back. At its largest

it features a total of 22 diamonds (a central diamond surrounded by a small circle of 6 diamonds which are then bordered by another 15)

The ring has a lovely patina and is in excellent condition

It features a coiled serpent

This ring is currently a UK size L

It is feastened with a solid heart padlock clasp
