Merlet Creme de Framboise (Raspberry) Liqueur 700ml (ABV 18%)Merlet's crme de Framboise combines two varieties of the fruit (Mecker and Williamette) that complement each other and bring richness and complexity. Tasting notes Slightly jammy raspberry aromas with a touch of cocoa and spices. A supple, fruity and sweet consistency with notes of sundried tomatoes and brown sugar. A very long finish noticeably acidic and mineral.

The nose is very sweet

elevating a unique site aroma and vibrant palate with light texture (like the soils)

are added to the gin basket to give a mineral complexity you'd expect to find in a fine white wine
