Beerstix French Oak Domininos - Medium PlusThink Stave Segments, evolved. The BeerStix Domininos are 1 1 2" square segments of oak, milled to give you quick extraction, and full flavor. While similar to conventional stave segments, you will see similar results in a much shorter timeframe, making these much more suitable for beer. This is a 490 g (1 lb) bag of French Oak Domininos, Toasted Medium Plus and sized to oak 100 gallons of Beer. This is the quickest turnaround on a Beer Stix product.
