Issued on October 17, 1939, in Quito by the Central Bank of Ecuador. Series GA. Scarce, very early issue date and series! This note is an even rarer issue type because it has the word "Presidente" overprinted just below the signature on the left end of the note. Obverse of this note shows a woman spreading seeds at the center. Reverse shows the country's coat of arms at the center
