Darroze 2003 Monturon Grand Bas Armagnac 50% 700mlNice golden color with darker tints. Very interesting nose where we feel some oaky flavours like tobacco or toast but also fruity (dry fig, prune). Very complex. In the palate, the tannins are still present. The spicy flavours (pepper, liquorice) are present. Long in the palate.

The former technique allows the rhum to 'rest' and develop far longer than any other white rum
