Rubio Monocoat is a linseed oil based finish, and is typically used for high traffic hardwood flooring, once it is fully cured, it is incredibly scratch resistant, and touch up repairs are as simple as applying the matching Rubio Monocoat finish to the affected area(s). Pure doesn't have any added color tint. Finish coat does add 10 to 15 business days for

water- and heat resistance
