1961 年 7 月，日本攝影師深瀨昌久的首場個展《豚を殺せ（殺死那些豬）》在東京的銀座畫廊舉行。展覽中共展出 110 幅作品，由兩部分的照片所構成：一為以東京芝浦屠宰場作背景的「豚を殺せ」系列，包含黑白與彩色影像，之中彩色的畫面主要用以表現鮮血和死亡的血腥場景，在那裡大群烏鴉被生肉的氣味所吸引，空氣中迴盪著詭異的鳴叫聲；另一系列「臝」（「裸」的同音異體字）為深瀨和當時同居七年的伴侶的私攝影記錄，高對比單色畫面充斥著妊娠的裸體、交合的身形、死產的胎兒等影像。
